What are the shipping cost?
We currently offer Free Shipping to every purchase of $75.00 or more. A shipping and handling fee is calculated at the end of the check-out process for purchases below $75.00.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this point. We only deliver to 50 US States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam or Virgin Islands. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends. At StoreyLine, we partner with different brands, some of which have some made-to-order products and may have different delivery timelines. We provide all shipping and return information in each product's description so you know what to expect. If you order from different brands, you will receive the products from different sources in separate packages and maybe on different days. Do you have overnight shipping?
We currently don't offer overnight shipping services.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our brand partners uses standard shipping from UPS Ground, FedEx, or USPS. Whenever possible, you will receive an email confirmation about your order delivery with the tracking number.
Can I exchange or return my product?
Return and exchange policies vary from brand to brand. We provide all relevant return and exchange policies in each product's description so you know what to expect. Of course, we always aim to make sure our customers love our products, so if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the brand and the product. All options are outlined on the product description, so look out for customization options there. Please note that made-to-order or personalized items may take longer to fulfill and deliver.
